Sino-Russian fighting line would continue to be maintained. However not only the 3rd Internationale failed to give us a reply, but Borodin also took no heed of the telegram of our Central Executive Committee. Why is this? Now the

Central Executive Committee of our Chincse Kuomintang has

not been given even a reply: Can our late President's pro- Russia policy be like that? Can our President's pro-Russia policy be thus treated? Perhaps the 3rd Internationale of

Soviet Russia has not received our telegram or has mis- If Russia has received and has not misunderstood it, understood it. her failure to give us a reply will mean that our Chinese Kuomintang has no place in her eyes, and that

she takes it that our race does not deserve treatment as

equals. No wonder some people have alleged that Soviet Russia is a country of Red Imperialism. Borodin has been

our adviser since the establishment of our Nationalist

Government. Since the death of our President, Borodin has

had no respect for anyone. In reality he does not want the Central Executive Committee of our Chinese Kuomintang to get

our "Three Aspects of Democracy" realized. Speaking frankly when any member of our Nationalist Government or any member of the Central Executive Committee attempts to exercise his functions at liberty, Borodin schemes to cause him trouble and make him unable to maintain his footing in the Kuomintang

or even in China.

Under such circumstances, if our Nationalist Govern-

ment still fails to take steps to exercise its functions independently, not only should we not be able to face our President, but also all our Kuomintang members, all our

nationals in the country, and even ourselves.

Now our Nationalist Government has been established

as the result of the desperate struggle and hard work of our Kuomintang, and it is officially commencing its duties and

functions
